Service to the Bar — Professional committees focus their attention on improving the legal skills of DAYL members. By hosting CLE programs, providing opportunities to meet and mingle with local judges, or offering assistance to solo practitioners, small firm attorneys, criminal practitioners, and law students, Service to the Bar — Professional committees are designed to enhance the careers of DAYL members.

The Law Student Assistance Committee works with SMU and TWU to assist law students in many ways. We hold mock interviews, critique resumes, and put on seminars for the students.
