To address female attrition in the higher ranks of law firms, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the Dallas Women Lawyers Association created the Continuing the Conversation Interview Series. In the past, the series has highlighted an inspiring group of female judges and general counsel from the Dallas legal community.
On October 29, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at the Belo Mansion, Continuing the Conversation will host an extremely impressive panel of women in commercial real estate. With even fewer women entering commercial real estate than the law, the challenges women face in both industries are strikingly similar. Over lunch, these panelists will share their insight on navigating a male-dominated profession and rising to the top of their field, providing fresh ideas and a completely unique perspective.
