Drawing from recent neuroscientific research, her experience as a counseling psychologist, and her years of trial advocacy, Lisa will explore a number of practical cognitive tools that she has used to achieve personal balance and professional success. She will also explain how other lawyers can use these tools to hone their professional skills and excel in areas like jury selection, witness preparation, client communication, and more.
Lisa will conclude her presentation by guiding the audience through a series of practical exercises that can be implemented at any time to maximize mental performance. This program is pending approval for 1.00 hour of ethics CLE credit.
