The Dicta is the DAYL monthly newsletter. With a circulation list of approximately 2,400 names, The Dicta promotes the events and activities of the DAYL, as well as providing substantive legal information of interest to our readers. The deadline to submit an article to be included in The Dicta is the 10th of each month for the month following the deadline.
