The DAYL Fashion in the Law Committee recently hosted its first clothing drive, “Spring Cleaning with Meaning.” Over a two-week period, the committee collected donations from law firms, organizations, and DAYL members. The donations just kept coming! On April 2, the committee donated over four racks (two pictured) full of men’s and women’s clothing to Dress for Success. The donations included suits, jackets, ties, shirts, slacks, coats, blouses, skirts, dresses, handbags, and more. There were even some designer duds in the mix!
Dress for Success was extremely grateful for the large donation. Thanks to your generosity, disadvantaged men and women in the Dallas area will now have nice professional attire to land their next job or to start their new career. Thank you to everyone who helped to make this clothing drive a great success!
