Fulfill some of that ethics credit requirement at noon on Wednesday, June 14, with the DAYL as it presents He Said / She Said: Ethically Interacting with Opposing Counsel.

Come and let the Honorable Maricela Moore, 162nd Judicial District Court, Michael K. Hurst of Lynn Pinker Cox & Hurst, and Tricia DeLeon of Gruber Elrod Johansen Hail Shank, LLP educate you on appropriate interactions with opposing counsel, how and when to escalate issues with opposing counsel to partners above you, and how to handle ethical disputes with your managing partner.

There is no charge for DAYL members to attend. Non-members may attend for $10. Parking is available at the Belo Mansion and lunch is available for purchase. This program is pending one hour of ethics CLE credit by the State Bar of Texas.

RSVP here.
