The Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) is excited to host its second Law Student Summer Program. This program is ideal for rising 2Ls and 3Ls and will provide an opportunity to participate in a summer program during a time when the availability of traditional summer internships and clerkships remains negatively impacted by the pandemic.
This opportunity is geared towards law students in Texas who don’t have summer experience lined up and provides an alternative, virtual option. The deadline to apply is April 15. There is no requirement to be a DAYL member to apply or participate, but there is a $10 participation fee for students who ultimately participate in the program. Alternatively, students who are or become DAYL members are not required to pay the $10 fee.
This Program will be conducted virtually via Zoom and provide a variety of professional development opportunities throughout the summer.
