The touchstone of brain health is a person’s ability to function well in daily life and work, which includes making wise decisions, solving problems, interacting successfully with others, and enjoying an emotional balance.
The DAYL Wellness Committee invites you to DAYL Unplug: Unlocking Peak Brain Performance on Thursday, September 12 at 6:00 pm at the Center for Brain Health for a holistic, engaging discussion on how to optimize brain performance. Learn how factors such as physical activity, stress and anxiety, nutrition, sleep, and social relationships can impact brain performance. Walk away with actionable strategies to optimize brain health, increase energy, reduce stress, improve sleep, and build strong social bonds.
Space is limited. To RSVP or if you have any questions, please e-mail Nicole Karam. 1.00 hour of ethics CLE credit is pending approval.
